Human Resource Building

In order to sustain TEERE’s programs and activities, it is necessary to build its human resource base. TEERE sent Mr Maxwell Banu (M&E manager) to the SfDR unit of GIZ for a three months internship programme during 2017. Mr. Eric Elikem Ashiabi who is the Research Manager of TEERE is on a one-year study leave for his masters’ program in Development and Governance at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. This postgraduate study span from April 01, 2018 to October 2019 and will enhance his research and leadership skills, proposal development and in all facets of project management. His knowledge in development and governance would enhance and promote TEERE’s flagship program the TEERE Local Government Forum (TLGF) and the Local Economic Development.
He is currently studying and familiarising with German language and culture at Carl Duisberg centre before proceeding to his main programme. We wish him all the best in his studies.
